• Payment amounts (totals, deposits, and balances — we do not collect credit card numbers or payment card details)

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and crash reports (via standard platform analytics)

• Allow your travel agent to plan and manage your vacation bookings
• Display your trip details, itineraries, and reservation information
• Send in-app notifications about your bookings (quote updates, status changes)
• Generate PDF itineraries for your trips
• Import client inquiry data from Google Sheets (agents only)

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with Firebase security rules that restrict access to authorized users only
• Client data is scoped to the assigned travel agent — other agents cannot access your information
• Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

Data Retention

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below
• Travel agents may delete client records from within the App

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
